Funeral services were held Monday
for Frederick H. Farmer, 35, violinist and former resident of Lafayette, at
Brick Chapel, Putnam County. He died Saturday of pneumonia at a hospital in
Indianapolis. Up to four years ago, he lived at 730 South 5th
Street. A graduate of DePauw University, he also attended Peabody conservatory,
Baltimore and American Conservatory, Chicago. Surviving are his mother, Mrs.
Pansy Farmer, Lafayette, and a sister, Mrs. WG Hawkins, of New York City. - transcribed by kbz
